Shamrock Shootout 

 

3-On-3 Basketball Tournament!

St. Patrick School Gymnasium

 

Thursday, March 25th, 2010                   4:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

  Friday, March 26th, 2010               4:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

$25 per person if team pays by February 19th, 2010
$30 per person thereafter by final deadline February 26th, 2010

Each team member and parent must complete and sign a registration form.

STUDENTS CANNOT PLAY WITHOUT PARENT SIGNATURE.

Registration forms and payments must be turned in as a team.

Make checks payable to PATS Club. Registration fee includes t-shirt.

Each team is responsible for furnishing a game ball.
